#axonlib: A cross-platform VST effect framework

ccernn, not so long ago, started the work on a cross-platform vst framework for linux and windows.

Its in an early version currently, but has proven quite stable already.

I've joined in to help (as much as i can) with some cross platform tests, ideas and possibly with development once we set a version control repository.
